Production Standards

Water Source: Sourced from Cascade Springs, a natural cold limestone spring flowing directly through Cascade Hollow.
Cooperage: Charred New American White Oak barrels manufactured with #4 char staves and #2 char heads.
Warehouse Notes: Unlike multi-story Kentucky warehouses that experience dramatic vertical heat stratification, Dickel's barrels age horizontally in single-story, tin-clad rickhouses situated in a natural hollow, resulting in even, gradual maturation and moderate evaporation.
